First Choice Haircutters

My brother and I both just received the worst hair cuts we've ever had. Rushed both of our cuts because customers started to line-up with there waits. They ladies clippers were not lubricated very well, causing our hair to be pulled while getting cut. Didn't feel too good. I also asked for my hair done with my bangs longer in the front then the rest, when I told her that it was still to long she simple cut my bangs and left the rest of my hair. It is now the same length all the way through with no shape. As this was the opposite of what i asked and she understood what I said by acknowledging me, either she blantangly ignored me or didnt actively. Not to mention the entire time we were there she did not try to engage either of us in any form of conversation. It would be nice to receive some customer service when having something so personal be done to you. My brother has autism, part of his autism is he has sensory problems when things touch him. When the clippers were catching his hair he looked at a distance in great discomfort. Afterwards, he was devastated when he saw what she had done to his hair. Now he doesn't want to be seen in public until his hair grows a little to get it re-styled. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Seems like a nice place to get a haircut, never got one from there yet, but it's a good place to get a perm if you are looking to perm your hair. The staff are kind and helpful.

Omg at the other comment! Way to put your ignorance on display for all to see. You went to a chain store hair dresser, what did you expect. I recommend you 1.) learn to spell. 2.) learn proper grammar.
