I made an appointment for my daughter and my self , she got her hair straightened and I wanted loose curls , first of all they couldn't speak english and were speaking punjabi all the time and second they didn't start on time , I didnt have curls , it looked like I just woke up and haven't brush my hair for the past week , AND THE WORST PART WAS , WE BOTH GOT HEAD LICE FROM THIS SOLAN !!!

I bought a groupon for a mani & pedi here and used it the other week. To start, I called several times to book an appointment but never got through to anyone. When I finally did get through to the Spa the lady on the line barely spoke english and did not seem to understand that I was asking to make an appointment. Finally, after 2 weeks I was able to make the appointment. The spa itself is below average with very outdated decor but seemed relatively clean. When I got to the spa there was only one employee there and she told me to choose a nail colour. The selection was awful and there was not much to choose from. I opted for a pale pink for my nails and darker pink for the toes. The manicure was absolutely awfully done. The nail polish was put on so sloppily it looked like I had painted my nails myself blind folded in the dark, I had to ask her to touch it up because she missed several spots on my nails. After about 30 minutes another employee arrived and began painting my toes. The pedicure was below average but it was better than the manicure. They had me sit in the chair for 20 minutes after waiting for the nail polish to dry and did not come and check up on me so eventually I got up and left as I had to get to work. In conclusion, if you want a mani/pedi that resembles one a 5 year old child could give then I would suggest going here. Bad customer service, bad selection of colours, bad overall quality and I ended up removing the nail polish the next day becauase it looked so awful. Waste of money, it would be nice if places didn't do a half ass job just because you have a groupon.
