I was impressed start to finish. Firstly they required a consult so they could see my hair, discuss my needs and desires and go over any medical history that may affect my perm results. This is by far the best perm I’ve ever had - Shauna actually listened and gave me exactly what I’ve been looking for for years! My hair feels healthy and soft even after a perm. Over 3 years ago, I went at this salon to have my fluffy damaged hair saved and met Teresa, who’s an absolute gem!! She’s an amazing hairdresser, genuinely kind. I have very curly hair and it is always a challenge finding someone who understands curly hair and will treat it with care. However, i saw Shauna and she was amazing! She took her time when washing my hair which I really appreciated. And she left my hair silky and smooth. I got a blowout and my hair has never been softer. 10/10 recommend:

Oh my goodness. Well I asked around my work for a good hair salon and I had 2 colleagues recommend Michaud's so I thought I would give it a shot! When I called in to make an appointment, Courtney asked me lots of questions about my hair type, what I was looking for and she even asked if I enjoyed chatting when getting my hair done or if I enjoyed quiet time. Which I thought was just above and beyond! This is such a special way for a new client to feel comfortable and I just loved that they ask this when booking. On to the haircut, I booked with Bri and oh my goodness was it the best experience from start to finish! She was the perfect match for my extroverted self. I showed her some pictures for what I needed and she did such an amazing job. Honestly the best haircut I have ever had. I wasn't able to purchase any of the products she recommended but I am coming back as there was a huge selection. Its so hard going to a new salon and putting your trust into someone new, and I feel like Michaud's did such a fantastic job at making me feel welcome. This has been my go-to hair salon for quite some time now and they have been very consistent in their services. My hair is rather difficult to deal with but they have bravely faced it everytime with beautiful results. Could not be happier with my most recent visit with Shauna and I hope to keep coming here for many more years till come. Very professional, very friendly and very polite. Highly recommended them.

I’ve had my hair cut at Michaud’s a handful of times over the past 5 years. I’ve had a different stylist each time, but have honestly loved every single one of them: they have been kind, and sweet, and are top-class at what they do. Previously, I’d gone to another high-quality salon in White Rock, but both times was met with an attitude. I’d rather cut my own hair than pay for someone with a snotty attitude to cut it. If you’re looking for an amazing and professional experience, with someone who will treat you like a friend, I highly, highly recommend trying Michaud’s.

I love Michaud's! Mya is amazing at what she does. She is so sweet and kind. I always leave happy when she does my hair. ZERO complaints. Alyssa V in the Spa is next level. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the products at Michaud's and what service/services to provide for you. I enjoy my visits with her every time. Since seeing Alyssa I have seen such improvements with my skin. Alyssa is always suggesting the best products for my skin, in order to achieve clean and clear looking skin. Alyssa has also done my eyebrow laminations and I absolutely love the results. I trust Alyssa with all my beauty needs. 10/10 would recommend!Services: Brow lamination

From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated warmly. I was led to a clean and comfortable waiting area where I was greeted by Nicole, who did my pedicure; my feet are very happy! Everything was clean and sanitary, including the washrooms, and the service was great. Will definitely be back!

It was one of the most wonderful experience with Kayla today. She is one of the best hairstylist in entire BC I am not kidding . She was very polite and welcoming! I have had my haircut 3 times there and i had the same stylist, and i get the same cut each time. Went in today and didnt want anything different from what i usually get. I talked to Mya about what i wanted and i said the words shoulder length. She said she would go a bit higher and i ended up with my hair being chin length and i have sobbed the whole day. I asked if it was possible to leave the top of my hair longer since she had cut so short on the bottom and she said no. It was very awkward after she admitted that she messed up and she was sorry she cut it so short. She said that it didnt look that bad and said she wasnt trying to justify her mistake. she said that i probably hate her and that im going to go home and cry. Before this i paid $300 to not even get a full underdye of my hair 2 months ago and now half of my length was cut off. At that time we had established a price for my hair and i was quoted a price and then the day of she tells me that she. got promoted and the price is higher and then wasnt able to charge me the price i was told. The first bad time i thought i would let it go and give it another chance. Now i feel ugly and i go back to school next week and i have lost my confidence. I think i was in shock in the chair because i said that hair will grow back and that it was okay but its not. She even said that she could hear it in my voice that i was not happy and going to cry.
