Great Clips

I've been getting my haircut @ Great clips Fleetwood village for about 4 yrs now. My go to stylist is Akram . She is very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. She is always on point with my hair cut being they have my haircut notes in their system. Akram does a fantastic job! With a smile 😊 She definitely wins my "most valuable employee award" for the Great Clips organization! Great job Akram! Keep up the good work!

I have been visiting this place for my haircuts since 2015 Spring. Great clean place. I really like Angelina who does my hair. Friendly staff.

Just went to a great clips for my first time ever and it was an unpleasant experience to say the least. Right from the start the employee who told me she is the manager was rude and condescending with every sentence I still sat in the chair because I'm busy and cannot go place to place to get a haircut. My biggest mistake, this lady clearly does not know what she's doing and every time the hair doesn't look quite right she says something like oh you have hat hair or something along those lines do you have product in your hair? Now I'm sitting there nervous getting my hair hacked up to Smithereens by someone who has no idea what they're doing and now here is the kicker! Another employee starts talking to her and she turns her head completely to the right and starts having a conversation with the other employee well still cutting my hair around five times she cut my hair without looking at this point I've had enough I get out of my chair and tell her what is going on here you're cutting my hair and not even looking then she replies I can cut hair with my eyes closed are you effing kidding me!

Wife went to use my whitecaps promo here and they would not allow it came up with some excuse of misunderstanding between her and them. Not happy with the reason they gave me think they just didn't want to honor they 3 goals scored promotion.
