Tried the new dream girls location in North Delta. Literally WORST hair cut of my life. I asked her to trim my bangs and said I do not want to be able to see my eyebrows, keep them long. Snip snip and my bangs are halfway up my forehead. Will never return. And only a few days before Christmas.. Then when I went to pay I could tell she just made the price up.

Horrible customer service and poor scheduling. I had previously bewn there for eyebrow threading which took way too long and left me withbuneven eyebrows. 2 months later thinking a second chance would be good I went in for a hair cut and the lady wouldn't give a definite wait time and said it would be soon after she finished colouring another lady's hair. Fast forward 20 mins later and when asked for a time she and the other 3 ladies working there ignored me. They spoke amongst themselves in their language and continued their work. Not the best place.

Worst place to go for anything . I had worst facial done today in my life . Girl just finished everything in 30 minutes. She didn't know how to massage , she hadn't touched cheeks at all for massage. All staff is untrained. Felt like I dumped my money in garbage today. Please don't there.

shaved off side of my eyebrow, totally!! It was so dark and lighting is so bad that i didnt see it, however the girl who is doing my eyebrows must have, she didnt say nothing! IF YOU WANT YOUR EYEBROWS SHAVED GO TO DREAM GIRLS OTHERWISE WATCH OUT

Poor service! Wont go back. I went to get shellac done. Lady lied to me and did regular nail polish with gel top coat only. Very disappointed.
