Just amlost an hour ago, my both kids got hair cut at this location. Never had such a bad experience here. For my younger son, from right side at the back, stylist made  so bad shape & for elder one my son was asking her to cut more from back but she was not listening at all. She was chopping  his hair so badily.With this level of customer service, I will never go back at this location again.

I used the location on Cloverdale crossing.   The stylist was Tamara.   She is a wonderful, compassionate hairdresser.  I would definitely recommend her to anybody.

Theirs only one good hairdresser here it's cheap yes but you still should be able to get a decent haircut

I've been to this place before for my kid whose hair turned out nice and we were happy with it. I haven't allowed anyone to touch my own hair in years and decided it was time so I went in for my own hair to be trimmed. I asked for a simple trim and some layering. The first thing the lady did was make judgmental comments about me being such a young mother I am in my thirties ?? and could tell she didn't respect my presence after that, I wanted to walk out that second but I just wanted to get it over with and didn't really care what she thought anyway even though she was being so rude. Well when she started cutting she paid a lot of attention to the right side of my head and then hardly any at all to the left before telling me it was done. She could tell I wasn't happy and asked if I felt the left side was thicker and I said yes, obviously, and her asking meant she knew already that she had done it unevenly. Then she arbitrarily chopped chunks out of the left side and said "there that's better" it wasn't I told her it was still not even and she did the same thing again and I just said it was fine she could stop. I was charged full price even though there was suppose to be a sale and I tipped because I respect service industries - but I regret it now even more because I feel like crying when I look at how horribly chopped my hair is, I've measured it inthe mirror as well as asked others what their thoughts are and its unanimously bad. When I left she gave me two coupons that expire within the next month and half - as if I would even want to have her touch my hair again. I'm not the type to leave reviews, but if I can prevent someone else having their hair ruined, well here we are.

Always get my daughter's haircut here.  The staff are always remember her and she adores them there.

Good place, COVID Safty was taken care well. Great customer service and good styling.

I went into the Great Clips in Cloverdale and was specific about wanting only  a trim An  I was growing my hair out for my daughters wedding . At the end of my cut I noticed she had cut 4 inches off my hair which was at the middle of my back before it was cut. Now it is barely at my shoulders. I am horrified at what she did to my hair which I have been growing out for years .I will never go back!

Some ladies r nice but there this one that covers her head is so rude I took my 3 year old to get hair cut as I walked in she said she will not cut his hair because he cry last time and the last time she cut his hair he was 1 and half year old and even then she was man Handel his head she need a attitude check won’t come back there ever again or recommend it to any won with toddler or little kids

Great experienced hair dressers.  Cheaper than salons.

No waiting times. They are still following the covid protocol and I had my mask on during my haircut which was weird. But still Christina gave me a good haircut .
