I have been going here for years and I always loved it here.  However, my last 3 pedicures have chipped within 3 or 4 days of getting them done. I work crazy hours and I don’t have the energy to go in and complain. I’m really disappointed because I pay $80 when I go and I get the shellac as well to ensure it stays on longer; but recently that hasn’t been the case.  I used to be able to go 3 weeks with no issues and now it’s 3 days or so. I don’t know if the nail polish is old or they switched brands but I’m really disappointed. I’ve gone once a month for the past few years and I’ve definitely noticed a difference my last few visits.

I was in Tuesday  for a 7pm appointment. I had a  manicure and  pedicure. I was sent and told I was good to go. At this point one is to assume that the toes are dry, since im “good to go” Well evidently I was not as both of my toes smudged and paint came off. I came to the spa Wednesday morning and it was fixed. I was told to leave the flip flops on during my drive to work 30 min and I would be fine. Well it was not fine and it is ruined again. I am very disappointed with this. I pay for a service and tip to have nice nails, it was not so  it would  like a child did it due to poor direction from the aesthetician.  Update- I go back for a second time to have it fix and I offer to pay for it. They tell me I don’t have to pay for it and then proceed to pass around the owners phone to show the review. The owner asked why I left the review, I said well I’ve sent two emails and didn’t get a response either time, so yes I’m a bit frustrated. And then the owner proceeds to point at my feet and speak to the aesthetician in their language. So now you’re speaking about me in a different language straight infront of me!?! Then the owner tells me I’m not allowed back… not that I will be returning after the disrespectful service. I offered to pay 3 times to which the owner declined but I did however tip the lady who fixed my nail, was polite and did not speak in a different language or read the review. As many of the previous reviews have mentioned the customer service here is not quality. I tried this place out about 4 years ago and didn’t have the best experience. This week I was passing by with some time to kill and noticed their signage that pedicures were on special. I decided to give them another try, and my experience today was great! I appreciated that they were able to get me in right away as a walk-in. I got a basic shellac pedicure and the technician did a great & thorough job. The massage in particular was quite long, so I felt I got my money’s worth as most places skimp on the massage portion. I know nail salon visits can be hit or miss, but my experience today was quite positive.

I had a pedicure for my birthday but the shellac did not adhere well. I loved the pedicure; It felt amazing and looked great otherwise. I called the salon and they welcomed me back and repaired the nails and were so lovely about it. They thanked me for the chance to make it right! I really think this says a lot about the business- they cared and wanted me to be happy with the end result! I'd go back in a heartbeat.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

I've been going here for years. Admittedly I have strayed once or twice just to see what's out there but  not for a long while.  I know nothing about colour or design so I rely on their advice every time. And I have never been disappointed. I use my hands a lot at work and I receive compliments on my manicure every day! I’ve been going to Nails R Us since they opened and would mostly have good experiences and the occasional not so good experience. Now every time I go they do a terrible job and are always in a rush even if you ask them to fix something they don’t fix it. We are paying money to get our nails done so the service should be done how we like it. The owner argues with her customers, I said something about my nails that I didn’t like and she said that’s just how they are and continued to go back and forth with me.

I have gone to nails r us for 10 years. They have always made time for last minute appointments. And for the most part I have only had 1 manicure not up to par but I believe the girl was new and they fixed it. Hellen is very nice and does a great job on lashes and is fast and efficient.Services:&nbsp;Waxing

Terrible experience at this place was there for two hours asked for a pedicure, and a manicure They told me because I was getting a deluxe pedicure . I had to get a deluxe mani , when all I really wanted was a polish and my Cuticles to be pushed after two hours. They finally finished my pedicure and taking my nail polish off my hands. I couldn’t wait there any longer after being there for so long I told them don’t worry about doing my hands I still got charged $85 for a DELUXE manicure and pedicure when all they did was take off the nail polish of my fingernails and one pedicure terrible terrible place big rip off don’t go!!!

Recently had a mani pedi here.  Pedicure was excellent,  5 .  Manicure,  not as good. The attendant did a good job shaping my nails and working on cuticles.  I had clear polish applied,  within 2 days, it was peeling not chipping from my nails.

Always a pleasure coming into the salon. Emma is kind and gentle and always does her work with perfection. Pleasant atmosphere and my nails always turn out amazing!Services:&nbsp;Acrylic nails
