FeelGood Natural - Please Visit our Whitby Store

I had a fantastic experience yesterday with this company and it blew me away so had to share! I called the Oshawa store looking for Labolife 2LEBV and was informed they didn't have that in stock in the store but that I should try calling the warehouse which may have stock since that is where the online product is kept. Woman I spoke with at the store was very helpful and friendly. Next I called the warehouse and again dealt with a very kind and helpful woman, but do not recall her name. She was able to very quickly locate the product and put two aside for me to be able to order online. I placed the order online after ending the call and within minutes I had a tracking number for my package! This is truly the best service I have ever had from an online (or even in-store experience). Today my package was delivered...less than 24hours after placing the order. I can't thank you enough for the level of service I received!

Store had a 15% off sale sign up on shelf by the product, when I went to the counter to buy it she said that sale ended yesterday and she pulled sign down and didn't give me the 15% discount. I didn't buy it. I think if they have a sale sign up beside product they should honour it (this product cost more at this store than at other stores too). Staff members have been helpful to me in past however.

Staff were extremely helpful and spent about half an hour talking with me about different products and answering my questions very knowledgeably. Excellent selection of products. I highly recommend these guys.

Got there at 6:55 pm and the guy is closed just standing there like a deer in headlights, I will never waste my time going back... probably Oshawa raised!

I should have read the reviews before ordering online. Website states delivery in 1-3 days. I placed an order Monday, when I didnt hear anything by Friday they contacted me to say, they had to order items in and they were waiting for 1 to come that day. 1 item was discontinued (when were they planning to tell me???) Then said the order would ship that day to arrive Monday. I asked them to cancel the order Monday, as I already purchased what I needed elsewhere and now they ship the package. Terrible customer service and shipping operations.
