Glazier Medical Centre - Travel Clinic

Brought my young nephews in for a throat swab- one with a sort throat and the other nauseous youngest brother was not with us, but confirmed strep throat. Even though we’re all wearing masks as required and do not have more than 1 symptom; we’re forced to wait outside in the cold until a room is ready. Ridiculous.

Have been waiting for 3 almost 4 days for doctor to renew medication refill. It would be relieving to know when I will be able to refill a daily medication as it's been 2 days now without it. Complete neglect for patient care. Ridiculous

I recently had a full hysterectomy. Dr. Mutungi receptionist was amazing. I have worked in the health care field 22 years and very much know what it's like to be admin/receptionist. She the receptionist sorry for not knowing name was always helpful, polite, knowledgeable, on the ball and knew what was going on every time I called. Dr. Mutungi as well has been great, answered all my questions/concerns, friendly yet professional. Dr. Mutungi your study/knowledge is greatly appreciated. As anyone could guess many years goes into do what you are capable of doing.The surgery itself was quick and recovery has been a walk in the park compared to what I was expecting. Hopefully I didnt just jinx myself. Only suggestion would be to follow up the next day with the pt not 2 days later. Oshawa hospital staff was great aswell. The anesthesiologist wasn't my favorite but at the end of the day my whole experience was far better than expected. Thank you Dr. Mutungi and staff for taking great care of me

My son was diagnosed with Autism and needed a CBC done. I wasn’t sure how he was going to take it, but Farheen and Claude made the experience amazing! My son didn’t even flinch, Claude was distracting him by talking to him. They were both telling him what a great job he was doing! Farheen also helped me with paperwork that needed to be filled out that I wasn’t aware of, thank you for catching that. My sons paediatrician said he’s going to need another CBC done, so I’ll definitely be requesting them! I can’t thank you both enough for making us feel comfortable and making it painless for my son. I also wanted to mention Dr. Hanna, he’s our family doctor and he is amazing! He goes over and beyond making sure we are well taken care of. And Marla his receptionist, she’s incredible!

Usually don't have to wait long to see Dr. Parray. She is efficient, courteous, friendly and appears to care about me and my ailments. The times I have had to wait are only when I don't have an appointment and she is in the office. The clinic has very good hours and it is first come first served. I have been there many times before I had a doctor here. Sometimes you have to wait awhile but that is expected. The receptionist both at the clinic and Dr. Parray's office are friendly, courteous and efficient. What I also like is that they have nurses there who can look at dressings and can give innoculations ordered by the doctor. I have never had a problem at the Glacier. Even the parking is reasonable.

I've been to this clinic, specifically urgent care, many times and they're always kind and helpful. I've been for myself and my two year old. I don't understand the bad reviews must be a bunch of Karens writing them lol, I've never once had a bad experience. I will be continuing to go to this clinic, it is definitely the best one in Oshawa in my opinion.

Dr MuruguDr. Nirosala Murugesupillai is very unprofessional. She never gives you a chance to discuss anything.

I really don’t write reviews, let alone bad ones however this clinic never fails to let me down. Whether it’s the rude and demeaning receptionists or just straight up the fact that they will ignore you if they feel like it. Only stay here because my family physician is lovely however the rest of the staff here have made me miserable on countless occasions. I’ve been calling for days trying to speak with a doctor because of a cough that I cannot come into the clinic with, my calls have been ignored and sent to a messaging system that doesn’t even take messages this entire time. Kind of rude for a place that specifically states not to come in with Covid symptoms and to call, yet doesn’t answer the phone. I’ve been verbally berated by the door staff here before during screening and would rather wait till I need an ER than attempt this clinic again. Edit: after calling another million times for urgent care I got through to an operator who rudely told me I could come in with a cough, as if I should expect that after listening to their long recording of things not to do coming in with Covid symptoms being listed this place is a disaster and lives to make it feel like it’s your fault. Makes you want to give up on your own healthcare

Dr. Sukayna Murtada was such a caring doctor. Probably the best I had, she provided quick, straight and effective treatment to my need and provided most valuable suggestions, will always recommend her to anyone

Doctor fights you on referring to specialists and will tell you you're WRONG for what pain you are feeling. Doesn't actually refer you to the specialist and then they will reschedule and not even show up for appointments. Horrible practice location looking for a new doctor.
