Oshawa Clinic is a great clinic parking is easy and always easy to get in the paid parking clinic area. The price is reasonable compared to most city lots .I find Oshawa clinic clean the location is convenient. Whether I travel buy car or bus ,it's convenient and centrally located ,easily accessible to everyone .Don't need to travel along ways out of my way to see my Dr. It's on the main strip streets are clear and accessible year round .to me as a senior and a fair weather driver in winter as well ,less snow the better ,ill still travel main street to get to the clinic in winter .Great area good place

The absolute unprofessionalism of their clerk staff is disgusting. Sending email confirmations to clients you've NEVER contacted over phone, and then claiming you get to charge them $100 if they miss the appointment you NEVER call to confirm? Sounds lazy lazy lazy & like a scam attempt to try & take advantage of people who might not use their email on a regular basis.nnI'm deeply bothered by the fact they booked my appointment without ever calling me.n& this appointment could have cost me $100 if I never saw the email.

WASTE TIME AND RUSH PATIENTS. Terrible reception. Worse doctors. Waste time in the back while rushing patients out. I had told the doctors I had a chest infection, insisted I took nasal spray because he didn’t believe it. I had to go through work feeling awful with migraines still coughing my head off for over a week now. I knew I’d have to come back and here I am waiting a 2 hour wait. While the reception and doctors give attitude for their mistakes. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

Went in after a car accident with a swollen hand, bruises and likely a concussion. Got x-rays and no one decided to call me and my hand has been broken for 2 days. They refuse to give me this information on the phone. So I go back in and wait for an hour to have the results i was supposed to be told days ago just kinda insane. They do not care about the health and well being of people. Imagine knowing someone has a broken bone and you don’t give pain meds or even care. They also did not seem to care about my head injuries or bruising. I am beyond baffled with how this place runs and the receptionists have the nerve to get rude with me for showing concern in my own health. Do not come here. Wait at a hospital for 12 hours instead.

I recently had a 36-week ultrasound at this center and was disappointed with my experience. The staff seemed indifferent and offered no assistance, especially considering my heavy pregnancy. Shockingly, my husband was not allowed in the room, and the staff displayed frustration instead of empathy. Overall, the service fell short of expectations, leaving me with a negative impression. Given my experience, I do not recommend this ultrasound center. I would advise others to explore alternative options for a more positive and supportive experience. Thumbs down to Community Care Midwives for recommending this facility.
