Durham Medical is a family run business which is locally owned and operated and has been serving Durham Region for over 25 years. Our strength is our experienced and knowledgeable staff, for the service that they provide our clients. You will find a warm and friendly environment with staff interested in helping you.
They will take the time to ask questions and understand your challenges so that they can help you find the right product for your needs. Most recently Durham Medical was the recipient of the “Business Excellence Award 2007” by the Oshawa Chamber of Commerce. Went in looking to find my mother a mobility scooter to help her post-surgery. They couldn’t even be bothered to get out from behind the desk to talk to us. Instead of trying to find a solution just a flat “we don’t sell that”. Clearly the size of the store is meant to make up for lazy employees
