I finally found something I can stick to, and I'm seeing results I never thought possible! I only had intentions of joining for the 10 week challenge last spring and 7 months later I have no intention of quitting. Great group of people to work out with and excellent variety of motivating instructors. The owners are very knowledgeable and teach SOUND nutrition and exercise (no gimmicks or special food). No intimidation or pressure in these classes, either! There are all fitness levels among you. Come as you are and make improvements every day. I'm so glad I've found FXB - try it out, you might just get hooked! haha

I love this place. I have had 9 knee surgeries and was told I could only walk but I have been working out here and the staff has been helpful on letting me know what other exercises I can do meaning I am limited on some of the moves. The staff is friendly, the instructor's are very motivating. I could go on....and on.......

I have been addicted to FXB for over 2 years. This is the best decision I ever made. The workouts are fun, quick and effective. Plus the owners and instructors are awesome! Give it a try, you won't regret it.

I have been a traditional gym member for over 8 years and my weight has always fluctuated. I joined Farrell's 18 weeks ago and have seen dramatic results. The workouts are fun and the staff is amazing!
