Excellent and Outstanding place to workout! The UFC Gym is brand new with new weight training and cardio equipment. Candy Apple red machines makes the place look extra cool. The facility is large, clean, and has brand new weight machines, dumbbells and equipment. A great Place to workout!!

Great for a quick workout or a series of classes. Awesome staff, clean equipment, variety, and great community for a nice price.

Average. Red machines do not move you in good body mechanics motions. Classes are okay. Fitness for family's, not to learn striking or jits... this is fitness. Thats okay but its not real fight training. Update: After you review a business then you get harassed by the owner. Lucky I am giving this place 2 stars. No locker rooms = poor member experience 1 shower for both men and women(to share) = poor member experience ...How access and parking in this location? tough.... Can still be fun if you find the right partners to work with. good luck.

Today was my first day for a free pass to see if this is for me!!! Wow amazing workout with coach Robert very knowledgeable,calming, passionate. Thank you to Derek and Zeke who where so kind to answered every question and made feel I was already part of UFC family.polite young man's. They where both working out with me this morning as well😀. Owner down to earth as well! All around this is the place, it is not like any place I have encounter. Do yourself a favor and checkout this place.

That was the best workout ever!!! I haven't worked out at all ever in my life except having to in school. I can't wait to go back!!!
