At Endurance Fitness you will find personal training, state of the art fitness equipment and your favorite group fitness classes! Free childcare is available during scheduled hours. Stop in for 2 free classes and see what all the excitement is about!

Story

Welcome to Endurance Fitness of MN! We are working hard and putting the finishing touches on a brand new facility for our members to reach their fitness goals. Endurance Fitness will be a place for members to attend a variety of group fitness classes including Les Mills BodyPump, BodyStep and BodyFlow (many more formats to be added). Personal training, 24 hour access to fitness equipment and childcare will also be available to our members. Follow our Facebook page for updates, group fitness schedules and our upcoming Grand Opening March 25-26th 2017!

Today, I checked out Endurance for the first time. I was quickly greeted and given a tour of their facility. Their equipment was brand new, clean and well organized. They had multiple trainers on site and one even took a break to answer my questions and make sure I felt welcome. I was made aware of the wide range of classes and personal training options but felt zero pressure to make any decisions as far as signing up. I wish every gym experience was like this. Looking forward to the trial classes!

Awesome new gym! The staff is friendly and the group fitness instructors are the best in the area! New equipment, personal training, free childcare, showers and free towels are just a few of the highlights but mostly, they offer the best group fitness classes around!

What type of workout are you trying to achieve? Because no matter the answer, Endurance fitness has you covered!! Up for some resistance training? Endurance has a full studio of machines and free weights for your inner Arnold! Cardio? Advanced Treadmills, stair steppers, exercise bikes, rowing machines, and elliptical trainers. Group Exercise? Quite simply the most talented collection of group exercise trainers teaching the best classes available. Everything from Yoga to Zumba and the full suite of Les Mills classes. While many gyms can offer weights and treadmills, in the Group X arena, Endurance sets itself far ahead of all other facilities in the North Metro. Personal Training? From the Pilates Reformer training in small groups to your own personal trainer helping you reach your fitness goals. Whatever level you wish to achieve can be found. All of this is packaged for a minimal cost in a truly exceptional setting. If you haven't yet visited...you are missing a hidden gem.
