Minnesota Muscle Gym

My teenage son and I joined MMG a few months ago. We love this gym. The membership is extremely reasonable. When I first joined, I purchased some personal training sessions with Randy, which are also very affordable, and I am so glad I did. The personal training has definitely improved the quality of our workouts, and it helped get us familiar with the machines. We’ve learned a lot, and when we follow the suggestions Randy has given us, we see results. The atmosphere and vibe is great. There is a wide spectrum of clientele. There are those who are at the beginning of their fitness journey like me, and there are those who have been sculpting their physique for years. I find it very inspiring. The fact that it is a local business, and not a giant chain is also a plus. Definitely check it out, and you won’t be disappointed.

Body builders and power lifters excel here. Great gym thats very affordable. No frills, however there is a very comprehensive array of equipment. Trainers Marco and Randy owner are both body builders and have coached many athletes to peak performance.

Best hand picked equipment I've seen in a gym. Randy owner is always helpful. From beginners, power lifters to body builders this is a truly judgement free Zone.

Great gym. Really helpful staff and the other members all are very nice. There are no attitudes or crazy people here!
