Great trainers and plenty of free weights and machines as long as you avoid the busiest times of day. I swim laps fairly often, and the pool is why it's only 4 stars. It's often dirty but other times has way too much chlorine. The guy who sold me my membership was definitely pushy, but then what sales guy isn't?

This place overall is a good place to work out but needs to work on their staff. Their staff at the desk are always on their phones or computers instead of greeting you when you walk in, they don't seem to want to help you when ever you need to add a person to guest privileges. It seems like that is taking to much of their time. The Person that did sign me up was friendly to me and I thank him for being patient with me and helping me get signed up.

Worst service EVER! They signed up my grandma who was visiting from  MEXICO for a membership without my permission. The only reason i gave them her information is because JAY kept begging for "names" of people to send a free pass to because he needed names. Then they charged me 140$ to sign her up. When I asked for the money back they refused. I called 10-20 times since June and the corporation eventually agreed to refund me. However, now they are refusing again because they don't have the "correct documentation". Jay has now moved to a different location in Hopkins. (He tends to move around probably to avoid upset customers). I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone.

This place has the most disgusting sauna!! 
There has been a used rolled up pad under the bench in the sauna for 10 days now. I’ve been in the gym 7 out of the 10 days and I have looked in the sauna to see if it’s been cleaned up and nope still there so I decided to leave a comment. 
First of all, whoever left that in the sauna is nasty as h*%# and why the sauna hasn’t been cleaned in 10 days is beyond me. That’s nasty as h*#% too. Disgusting!!!!!!!

La fitness overall is a good gym. Great price and many locations. However, this location is just lame. Was in the middle of a workout when some guy (i guess the newest manager of this location) came over and said i was making too much noise. SERIOUSLY???? This isn't planet fitness. Then he went on to insult me to say making noise doesnt help you lift more weight. He then went on to threaten me that if you dont listen we will cross that bridge then. This club is one of the biggest failing clubs and regularly rotates employees. If you want to lift in peace and want a good vibe go to roseville! They have nice staff and a better gym overall.
