Great people who encourage each other towards their fitness goals. I've been going here for 6 months and I have made progress in my fitness that I've never been able to achieve at any other gym working out by myself. Very satisfied with the environment, staff, programs and equipment. I recommend this gym regularly to others. Free workouts on Saturday mornings at 10am for those interested

I've been a member here for over a year, and I cannot recommend this place enough. I'm in the best shape of my life and have the community and coaches around me still pushing me to get better! No matter what your fitness level you will find a home here and the support group to reach your goals.

My husband and I joined Timberwolf Crossfit about two months ago and absolutely love it. We were working out at a large gym that just wasn't cutting it. The trainers at TWCF are amazing and will make sure you get an awesome workout and learn proper form on all movements asked of you. I think pretty much anyone of any athletic ability can benefit from crossfit but I don't know where you'd find better trainers that are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are making progress. Not to mention, the environment is really positive and we've had the opportunity to meet a lot of really great people.

After a free week at Timberwolf I was hooked! I decided I would do a couple of months of CrossFit as a kick in the butt but I was planning to quit because I didn't think the cost was worth it. I was wrong! I had a membership at a cheap and convenient gym but that wasn't motivating me to actually go and work hard. In just 3 months I have seen results and more importantly I feel the results which is worth every penny! I'm excited to go to the gym, to see the community, to get pushed, to be coached, to be as competitive as I want to be and it's part of my routine now. I wouldn't have it any other way!
