Fantasy for Adults Only Beaverton

I had a good experience at this place. Jeremy, the sales rep who helped me, was very courteous and knowledgable. A business is a business, and in my humble opinion, I was pleased with his attitude and professionalism. Reasonable prices. My buddy who is recently married, had a good experience as well. When it come to customer satisfaction, I am going to tell you that this store was the worst store (any store) I have ever been too!! Strait up rude and does not care for a lick of what you have to say. And when I asked for the store managers name, they just gave me a card to direct me to another store.... I was just straight up dumbfounded! (Sadly it was only over a 6 dollar toy, literally it was just a jumping toy at the cashiers desk! Lol)

Fantasy is a cool place. It's thee spot to get your stuff if you're kind of a noob. Usually I go to the one over by Barbur but discovered this one is actually closer. The employees here are so superfifical! Almost make you feel like a criminal and kind of embarrassed. I get its not their rules and store policies but damn! Invasion of privacy. So upon entry you have to turn over your purse behind the counter, then Im followed around the store, then told loudly how I have to try out the toys (in this case a wand) at the front desk. Like oh yeah, I'm going to try out the wand in front of all these people in the store checking out... Which make me feel very awkward. Plus everything is overpriced, be prepared to spend some bucks here.

The staff member that was there was horrible. Rude, never smiled, treated us like theves and did not explain why there were the rules that exist. Horrible experience. Never going back.
