What a horrible shopping experience - if I could rate this Store with zero stars, I would. Went into the Portland Swimwear Store in Beaverton on Sunday September 4, 2016 - walked in and one of the first things the young man behind the counter said was that he's only worked at this store a couple of times and boy is it screwed up. What an opening line. On the windows of the Store there were several signs announcing a 50% off sale - I asked what was 50% off and he said that was the August sale and that they hadn't announced the September sale - he mumbled some other things which I couldn't understand. I tried on a bunch of suits and also some cover-ups. All of the cover-ups were on a rounder rack marked 50% off. When I went up to pay for the swimsuit and the cover-up, he said the cover-up wasn't 50% off - I said it came from the 50% off rounder - what's going on. He said this Store has some real problems and that they are all screwed up but it wasn't on sale. I argued with him but to no avail. I left without buying anything - what a bait and switch store and this young man working there is not a very good employee - what a horrible representative of the store. Won't be going back to Portland Swimwear again - what a horrible shopping experience.

I came here to complain about my own experience at Portland Swimwear. My Wife wrote the experience off by saying, "The Sales Associate probably just had a bad day." Other reviews make it fairly apparent that poor customer service is a habit here. I would drive up to 20 minutes out of my way to avoid going here again. If there were no alternatives, I'd grudgingly return with low expectations.

Got body-shamed by the sales associate. She told me they only carried "normal sizes" and I don't fit the ones they carry.they only had D cups I'm a new mom so it's the last thing I needed to hear. Don't shop there!!!!

Terrible customer service! No refunds even if item is never worn! All the good reviews are from years ago. Shop anywhere else but here!

They do have a lot of selection. They are a bit expensive I would suggest shopping here when they have a discount or buy one get one free like I did.

Beware of the RETURN POLICY: for store credit only, even if unused. Who does that nowadays?
