I got these amazing shoes that I love so much and i got a great shirt and pants too. The shoes I got these black ankle boots that had a heel that was not too big but not too small ether too which I really like and I got this button up black shirt with sleeves and it fits me perfectly. I got a pair of black pants because there always handy to have. All and all it was a great experience the people were really nice but the casher was fine but kept asking for me to have a Kohl's membership and it was annoying but the rest of it was great.
On their website it shows like 100 Trailblazers items, but in the store they had 1 single half-filled rack with no shirts in all sizes. Its just a mix of random shirts and no other accessories.nnLike where is the other stuff? Lol. A department store near Portland that advertises 100+ Blazers items should maybe probably actually have some of those items in-store. During the middle of basketball season.
Kohl's is one of the LAST of the stand alone department stores of the past. Personally, I hope that they do stick it out and last. They have clothes, jewelry, shoes, toys, bedding, and even small appliances. The brands and quality is better than other stores, and they have a rewards club that keeps you coming back to spend more and more.nThis location is definitely strange. While it is right off the freeway, it's so stand alone. Meaning it's not near anything else, that is like it. I guess target is nearby, but no other clothing stores or anything to give it competition. So while it's accessible, you have to be intentionally going there, or it's always going to be out of the way.nnThe service is what you expect. Nothing exceptional, but it's not like people are rude. I did notice that there are a lot of older women and a lot of teen girls. Not many make employees and not many middle aged people. Not sure if that's saying anything, but it was of note. Considering I went in black Friday in the early afternoon, I was very surprised that they weren't slammed. The parking lot was full, but it was not crazy. I really liked that
Always loved Kohl's. Didn't really need another credit card and the rewards and benefit of just the Kohl's rewards program has always been good. Lady that checked us out today pitched the Kohl's card and we had to pick out son up from school so we said next time. She told us it would take 1 minute to get approved. I respect the pitch so I agreed and sure enough it was 1 minute to sign up and get approved. Amazing experience and 7.5% back is insane. Plus black Friday deals are right around the corner and I am very excited to continue to show at Kohl's. I wish I got the ladies name, but she deserves a raise.
Horrible customer service, won’t shop at Kohls again. Bought an item online for my new baby and they sent the wrong item. Frustrating but it happens.. I called Kohls customer service and was told returns can only be made in store.. what?!. So I drive to the closest store and they literally tell me that since THEY sent me the WRONG item, I can’t return it in store?? Got the run around until I called customer service once again and put them on speaker with the store manager, to be told that yes they can and should take the item back. So the manager obviously just didn’t want to deal with doing their job in the first place. And again I have a newborn baby at home, it was such a hassle and waste of time to deal with this.
