I had the best experience at Charlotte’s! My Bridal Consultant, Ryann, and the Store Manager, Lindsey, went above and beyond to make my wedding dress shopping experience a wonderful one. I left with my dream dress and would recommend everyone to go to Charlotte’s and do the same!

My sister and I scheduled appointments in our search for wedding dresses and we had an amazing experience. The ladies who helped us were very knowledgeable, super friendly, and had very positive energy- they made our experience really wonderful and very personal. We both found our dresses and even our mom found a dress! The dresses were also very reasonably priced, so that was also a pleasant surprise. Overall, I would highly recommend Charlotte's Wedding shop for anyone looking for a positive bridal experience.

This is definitely one of the best bridal gown stores I've ever been to. Their dresses have excellent quality. They don't have cheap dresses, but you get a great quality for what you pay. 
Staff are very nice, friendly, honest, professional and helpful. Stephanie is amazing. Thank you! I went there about 2 months before my wedding and Stephanie helped me pick a dress that was in stuck in my size to get it as soon as possible. And I love my dress.
I highly recommend Charlotte's Weddings for bridal gowns.

Charlotte's was the second place I looked for my wedding gown. My consultation appointment was back in late October 2016, only about 6 1/2 months before the wedding, but the ladies at Charlotte's were extremely helpful in the dress-finding process and my gown arrived with plenty of time for alterations, etc. My consultant was Kat, and she was fabulous - very attentive to my ideas about what I wanted in a gown. She brought in enough "versions" of my vision as well as some wild card picks so that I had plenty of variety from which to choose The Dress. I think I tried on 8-10 gowns that day, and it came down to one of the unexpected picks and my envisioned dress...in the end I went with my gut feeling and felt totally supported in that by Kat. The bridal dressing room was spacious with enough seating for my 4 guests (and they could definitely fit more, with proper notice); they have multiple rooms there for several appointments at once, but you are with your consultant the entire time. I felt like a priority to Kat that day, not "just a customer."

I returned to Charlotte's for pickup of the gown, of course, and for steaming/pressing it prior to the wedding, and was pleased each time with the care they took in handling and packing up my dress. The steam/press price was reasonable ($100-150 depending on how complex the gown is) and included a "dress mold" hanger when you pick it up the final time so that it keeps its shape right before the wedding.

I also purchased my Sara Gabriel veil at Charlotte's while they were having a trunk show for this designer. I was able to get a discount by ordering it while the trunk show was there. That's another plus about Charlotte's - they are always getting new jewelry pieces/veils/gowns, and will feature them at a promotional price if purchased during that time frame. Charlotte's overall has SO much variety, I'd be surprised if a bride couldn't find something she loved there!

Loved this shop! Fun and friendly. And our pic at this shop was one out consultant pulled for me. She was able to get an idea of what we were looking for and find us something. Altho I did not buy my dress there I was tempted to return. And would have if I hadn't finally found "the one".
