Mr. Formal Beaverton

I had the worst experience with this Mr. Formal location! I got a great deal from a wedding showcase and went to them in December of 2016. My wedding wasn’t until July 7, 2017, but I had to get the deal prior to 2016 ending. When we first went there the manager, Angie, told us our groomsmen suits would be less than $100 with our coupon. My now husband and I were so excited! We wanted to save our groomsmen a few bucks. We went back in in Feb of 2017 and Angie told us that was a mistake and she did not know who would have told us that…We were both appalled and had to change our groomsmen suits around to be more affordable for them. It was such a headache! I was in and our of that store MUTLIPLE times leading up to my wedding and calling them so many times. They kept mixing up our orders and when we talked about one thing, Angie put down in her computer system another thing. I was so frustrated! We could NEVER get our order right! I felt like I had to tell her what I wanted and then repeated it 2-3 times because she kept mixing everything up. My father-in-law tried on his suit multiple times too because he was a bigger guy and they wanted to make sure they got the right size for him. The DAY of my wedding, he went to pick up his suit, because that was when it was finally ready and the pants where 3 inches off the ground!!! They made him and my mother-in-law LATE to the venue because they had to fix the pants! My nephew didn’t even wear his pants to the wedding because they were high waters as well! My grooms best man’s jacket was too tight around his hands and shoulders and could barely wear the jacket AND his pants where 5 inches TOO LONG! My Aunt had to hem them the DAY OF MY WEDDING! My brothers button fell off in the middle of pictures too! Thank God I brought a sewing kit and my aunt is a good seamstress because my groomsmen would have looked absolutely ridiculous thanks to Mr. Formal! This company is not worth your time or money. They treated us so poorly and did not have a good eye for how clothing should fit! I am so disappointed and wish I NEVER booked with them. I will not be going to this store again!

All of the ladies that staff this store are great. Very professional but not to stuffy. Have great attitudes and really make the customer feel good about what they are getting. Mariam is new but very attentive and when she wasn't sure she asked for help from Deanna. Great job ladies!

I needed a tux for a theater production. Mr. Formal was incredibly helpful and quick! I was able to get fitted on a Thursday, tried on the tux Friday, and had a little alteration done and picked up the tux on Saturday! I was amazed at that time frame and absolutely thankful!

They have awesome customer service and do all they can to make sure they help everyone! Angie did an awesome job at making sure my sons Senior Prom is a night to remember thank you!

Reasonable price for formal rental, small shop but can order in what you need within a couple days. Had to get son fitted twice for wedding as too big the first time.
