Not Even Worth a One-Star Rating. I came to the store to buy items for my son while my leg was still hurting from recent surgery. Because of that, I needed to use a mobility scooter. Unfortunately, all four of the mobility scooters at the store were not working.nnI asked a staff member who walked by if she could show me how the mobility scooters work at this location. Her first response was simply, “What?” Then she told me in a very rude tone, “Unplug it and sit down.”nnShe briefly turned the scooter on and off, but it still did not work. Instead of trying to help further, she walked away and said, “If you don’t know how to use it, don’t even drive it. It’s dangerous.” She didn’t even look at me when she said this.nnI was shocked by this behavior. I do know how to use a mobility scooter — the problem was that none of the scooters were working. There was no attempt to help or to find another solution.nnWhat made this even more disappointing is that she turned out to be the manager.nnCustomer service should be respectful and helpful, especially when someone is recovering from surgery and simply asking for assistance. Experiences like this make customers feel unwelcome.nnGo to Target in Hillsboro, where the staff are much friendlier and more helpful.nnThis company should seriously consider better training or hiring managers who treat customers with kindness and respect.
Have bought and returned expired baby formula multiple times from this store. In store staff is always nice. But this has happened multiple times now. Partly my fault for not checking the expiration date since I know it’s a possibility here. But I’m regularly finding fully stocked shelves of 3 to 4 month past expired formula. There’s multiple steps in inventory being skipped and overlooked here to get to this point. In store staff nice. Inventory short cuts is insane.
This target is pretty big it has a cvs pharmacy a Starbucks and a mobile phone section, They have a large selection of products thread store. The layout of the store is pretty okay it could be better. The atmosphere the store was quite crowded there was a ton of people at the target. Because there is a lot of people at this location the shelves were not that tidy and there was stuff everywhere. Altogether I would say that this trip was pretty fine and I would recommend coming to this Targetif you want to find some astounding products.
.Very disappointed with the customer servicetech and the way purchasing limits are handled at this store. The official policy states each customer is allowed to buy 2 AirPods 4 with noise cancellation and 2 without, but this location claims customers can only buy 2 total, no matter the model.nnIt makes no sense and feels like the staff is creating their own rules. Because of this, the store is losing sales and frustrating customers who are simply trying to follow the posted purchase limits.nnPlease get the policy consistent — this experience was unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult.
This is the best Target meaning they always have my items in stock but their staff are among the least friendly people in retail stores. I have bad experience with them every time I pick up, drive up or shop at the store. They behave like Walmart staff grumpy and un-interested. Even their young staff have bad attitude. The hiring manager at this store should find another job. Seriously!
