We won't shop here again. After waiting 20 minutes and being ignored, while two female staff sat at a desk, another one moved around the floor, and a male staff came in and out of employee doorways but wasn't waiting on anyone, we went to the front counter where a staff member was helping a customer (there were 2 other customers in the store--being helped--and 4 other staff not helping). He asked if we had been helped (no) and said he'd help us next. Several minutes later, another man asked to help us. He came out with a shoe a size smaller than we had asked for, said for my husband to try it on anyway, then disappeared! Of course it didn't fit. So after wasting 30 minutes of our day watching staff walk past us, we were given the wrong item, on purpose, then left unaided again. I haven't had this experience or one even comparable in Portland before. The next shoe store that we went to had professional, friendly staff and exactly what my husband wanted.

Pam and Dom are the best! Service is very friendly and professional. They'll make sure you look good and feel good about throwing down money for a solid suit.

I brought in 6 blazers for tailoring and they looked at each individually. Ended up only making sense for 3 of them. The price for alterations and quality of work were both excellent. The staff were competent and friendly. I highly recommend this location.

Always good customer service. Reasonably priced suits and shirts. Helpful staff. Good with returns and exchanges. Tailors did a fine job with my alterations.
