I was in the locker area getting dressed when a staff member opened the door, peeped at me then closed the door and walked away. There was no apology and no announcement prior to her opening the door. She was very careful when turning the lock to open the door as if she was trying to sneak up on me. She could have afforded me some dignity by announcing herself. But when people think that you are unhoused they try to degrade or demean you. When I was leaving, I saw her in the hallway staring at me and snickering at me. I wish there was another recreational facility to shower where the staff don't stare at you when you enter and/or leave.

Badminton drop in.n• Free annual doubles badminton open tournament in April! Well run and fun, food drinks and prizes provided facen- staff is mostly young, involved nice competent but don’t get in the way. Shalene/Shauna? the manager/Director knows what she’s doing.n• Watch out for losing birds in the semi low ceiling.

Enjoying my Drawing class and my Mobility &Strength class. So practical  and yet much needed for seniors

It’s a really good place to host an event. Staff was really helpful. Cedric &team are very supportive. We have arranged a family get together event and it was truly successful due to the awesome support from center. Washroom are very clean.
