The community engagement activities are very productive from health and wellness programs like gym fitness and swimming all the way to yoga, and even a library to help you boost your knowledge . All you need is a pass which btw you can access for free.

The treadmills, ellipticals and other machines in the upstairs training room are very dirty, covered in thick layers of dust and dirt. How hard would it be to set up a regular cleaning schedule?

Really enjoyed my experience at the weight room. Quite spacious and many different equipment

It has many good programs for children, adults and seniors. They also run an ARC program there which is convenient for the William Burgess students.nThe only thing I'm unhappy with is the pool program: they significantly cut the number of children's classes and since 2022, it's been impossible to secure a place in a swimming group. Another thing is there is persistent fungus in the change rooms, do NOT step anywhere with your bare feet. Many kids that come here have warts.

I come here for the gym. Pretty wide range of equipment, though there’s just one of each kind of weight machine. Several treadmills and ellipticals; so far haven’t had any issues getting the cardio machines I want, but I come in the afternoon or later evening since it can be pretty busy here.
