Fable is hands down my favorite restaurant. The staff are fantastic and Chef Trevor's food is always innovative and delicious. I keep coming back. I can't help it. The Black Pepper Jam and Canned Tuna are two of my favorites. But it's really hard to pick a highlight when the whole menu is amazing. Great food. Both Aesthetically and taste-wise. Well done Trevor and Team. You guys are killing it.

Went to the Fable Kitchen for date night during Vancouver’s dine out. The choices for the set menu were diverse and really represented the microcosm that is Vancouver. The Chickpea fritters had a very Indian infused flavour which you could still savour in your mouth after your swallowed it. The Gnocci was perfectly cooked and the added pork belly was a beautiful addition to make the already rich dish richer. For dessert we had the squash cake which honestly just tasted like carrot cake, but as a huge carrot cake lover I was pleasantly surprised. I will tell you no Fable or Lies, the Fable Kitchen is definitely worth your time.

Super friendly staff. Food was fresh and delicious. They were accommodating to my husband who has celiac and made it feel like no big deal. We brought our two kids. They had a kids menu, kids silverware and coloring books. Equal parts adult feeling (special) and open to having kids there. We had the smoked duck and pasta of the day. Our server was knowledgeable about the wine as well.

The meat was over cooked for some reason because it tasted bitter outside. But the fish was delicious so that fixed a bit. Good restaurant but I belief it could done better on the meat.

Nice sharing plate menu with a few fun dishes. Reasonable price point. Interesting cocktails. Service - 3/5.
