Underwent eye surgery in this clinic in 2021. Perfect results and a perfect follow up appointment one year later. Dr Al-Sabai is very professional and takes his time to explain the surgery. I felt very well taken care of throughout the treatment. Very friendly and welcoming team also. Can only highly recommend this clinic!
Unfortunately, I wasn't as lucky as most. I was happy with the pre-laser service and the procedure itself. Then, it turned out one of my eyes wasn't healing well. I live quite far away from the clinic. I went back multiple times over the course of several months 2h to get there, 2h to go back and received the same answer every time ''It doesn't look like anything is wrong. We promise it will get better in time. It may take a couple of weeks or months, but it will get better for sure!". After hearing this for several months, I quit driving back and forth and just hoped for the best... Two ! years later, that eye still drives me crazy on a daily basis. I would rather have kept my two bad eyes + glasses. Now, I'm stuck with one perfect eye and one eye that seems to be unfixable, bothering me every single day. I completely understand that most procedures turn out 100% fine and that I am an exception to the rule. Still. The service after the procedure could have been better. I repeatedly felt like I was not being taken serious because ''nothing seemed wrong and it would all be okay soon". The doctors weren't worried, weren't really looking at possible explanations, etc. I wouldn't have gone back and forth, losing that much time, that often, for nothing. The assistants and the receptionists were all nice enough. The clinic is clean and modern. The doctors were generally nice. That being said, I can't recommend the laser surgery because of my negative experience.
Amazing service with amazing results! Very professional team with friendly aproach. Everyone speaks several languages and patients feel really taken care of. Eye surgery was as promissed: quick, painless and with immediate results. Thank you to doctor Al Sabai and his team to make me feel at ease with some jokes and to explain everything step by step and to answer all the questions. :
I had a femto lasik eye surgery done in this clinic by Dr. Evens in July 2020 and 6 months later, I couldn't be happier with the results. The first two weeks were a bit rough, my vision was still blurry and my eyes were constantly dry, but it got better and now my sight is 20/20 with no side effects. I would definitely recommend.
Dr Bart Pion has been the best throughout the whole process! Forever grateful to him for changing my life and to the whole crew as well! Best decision I have ever made to go to Focus Eye Clinic to get my Femto Lasik surgery done!
I had recently a femto-lasik surgery with Dr Peter Evens to treat my myopia and astigmatism and he has done a remarkable work. I have above maximum vision results and I am extremely happy with the surgery. I was in good hands. A huge thank you.
I cannot fault the service that I received here. I am very pleased with the results I got LASIK, the operation went as planned and the aftercare has also been great. I got a very personalised service, the very friendly staff recognise me whenever I go for check ups. Would recommend this clinic to anyone!
Exceptional place, with a very attentive staff & top professionals that can advice and take care of your sight. Was there in order to try contact lenses and have been visited and followed up with the trial of 3 different types until the right one was found. You are in good hands there, the best in Belgium
