I made an appointment for 3:30pm. I arrived in time and they told me that I had to wait 30 minutes or I could rebook for the next day. I'm extremely dissatisfied because I specifically made an appointment for this timing due to it being my birthday and having a young baby who is nursed at home with my mom. If you are looking for timeliness don't go here! However after a little wait Sophia came to help me and She provided amazing service! She was very friendly and handled my nails with great care. Thanks for turning my experience around Sophia!

Don’t waste your time and money unless you have made an appointment with the previous owner Mimi. Stopped going to eternity because of shoddy work and price increases. Recently bought a voucher so thought I’d give em another try. My gel manicure lasted 2 days and the girl who did it couldn’t even cut and file even. Mimi was awesome. Miss her:(

Honestly the staff are so nice but I couldn’t imagine paying full price to get my nails done here. The lady broke my long nails so we had to cut it short. They were all filed unevenly, I came home and filed them myself. My appointment was at 5 and we weren’t finished until 8:30. 3 1/2 hours for a mani and pedi (with no bubbling water or massage chair) and my nails are bumpy and disgusting to look at. I’m very disappointed. Even with a group on it was 80$ because of the additional tax charged. Disappointment. :( I’m sorry.

I am disappointed with this salon. I didnt even go to the their salon. All i did was call and inquire about prices and since it was group on, they themselves told to call back to confirm and I never called back. They call me at 1pm yelling at me telling I should have to let them know. But i didnt even book an appointment in the first place plus you dont just call yelling at a possible customer you could have.
