YM Wellness & Spa

I recently visited the store after their renovation and it looks fabulous. The rooms are well organized with light music playing in the background which sets the mood for a relaxing massage. Service has never been an issue here and the owner, Jennifer, is a warm and friendly person with high integrity. I think this is the best spa I've visited in Mississauga.

Jennifer was very welcoming and the atmosphere was very nice. She provided great customer service and it was evident she wanted to ensure both my friend and I were taken care of and had a good experience. We both had appointments for a Swedish massage, and while it started off good. It was quite painful. I told the lady multiple times I was feeling some pain and mentioned prior to starting that I experience muscle spasms quickly. The next day, my back felt sore as if I was bruised. I don't think I will return due to this. I cannot put my body at risk.

I've been going to YM Wellness and Spa for a year now and am so happy I came across this spa. Jennifer (owner) always greets me with a smile and has a lovely personality. Her massages are so great, I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. She is always willing to make her customers happy and satisfied. The spa was recently renovated and looks so inviting and trendy. Definitely check out YM Wellness & Spa, it's a much better experience than the average massage clinic. Bonus: Warm, moist towels to wipe off massage oil!

Jennifer is one of the best RMT I've ever had! She combines shiatsu with hot stone and Thai massage techniques.

Great relief from excruciating low back pain,neck stiffness and knee pain. Nice clean place, best customer support and service.
