They have the Huber which is like a workout gym. 20 minutes on thus machine can be equivalent to 1 hour in a fitness gym. Focusing on helping your core. Works on every area if your body. Only machine of it's kind in Canada. They offer nutrition sessions and NPT BEST therapy. Go to u tube fir more details. Overall good experience in getting your body and mind properly balanced.

I've been here a few times now and have a few friends who have been as well. This place has a nice relaxing atmosphere and every massage I've gotten has been great. Not the cheapest place around but at least you know that it's worth it when you go.
