Walked in without an appointment and I was taken to a room. About to get ready for the massage and the lady told me that I would jave to pay first. So I went over to the front counter to pay and another customer walks in asking if they do sports injury massage. The lady said yes to him and looked at me and said i have to wait 15-30 mins!!! Mind you the language barrier was difficult enough from the start, so when I asked why I had to wait when 2 minutes ago I had a room...she couldn't explain and just said sorry, then took the guy in! I walked out furious but I'm sure that guy got a HAPPY ENDING!

My first experience at this spa was exquisite. The massager really knows how to relieve the pain off my lower back. It was overall a relaxing experience.
