As always, I had another wonderful service at the Village Wellness Spa. I was warmly greeted upon entering the spa. My massage therapist, Oleg, was very professional. He listened and focused on my neck and upper back, as requested. He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable. All in all, my visit today was relaxing and peaceful. I love this place. They never disappoint and I would highly recommend.
Really great. I have had two visits so far and both times I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. I would have to say Marcia gave me the best facial I have ever had! The place is beautiful, clean and staff is friendly. I highly recommend Village Wellness Spa if you want to be pampered, relaxed and feel so very special.
Had my first visit here and did a detox facial with Diana! It was so incredibly relaxing and I was very happy and pleased with the service from start to finish. Diana was wonderful, she made me feel comfortable and didn't judge me for my lack of a skin care routine LOL. She also made great recommendations for skin care products based on my needs! Will definitely be visiting again!
The pedicure I received was amazing and I highly recommend this spa except when I went to pay, the clerk asked me out how much of a tip I would like to add in front of others. I don’t think this was appropriate as there were other customers listening. I asked the person if I could add the tip with the debit machine but she said no so I was forced to verbally add my tip so she could process my bill. I don’t think others should be able to hear how much of a tip you would like to leave. This was not very professional.
Great experience! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They take their time to explain things to you prior a facial and make you feel comfortable. They also sell medical grade products which are amazing for the skin! I had a facial with Alpa and she was very helpful to recommend skin products for my skin type.
I celebrated my birthday at the village wellness spa and it was the most incredible experience. I had a massage, facial and a medi and pedi and was extremely satisfied with each one of my services. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and specialized in their own area of expertise. The owner Natalia l was extremely friendly and welcoming. I would Highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing experience.
A little slice of paradise. Honestly, every technician I've had here is super friendly and great at what they do. They don't try to push products on you unless you ask for some, the women at the front are lovely and the selection of services is vast. Top tier service. If I could rate 10 stars, I would. Keep it up, you're all amazing!
I’ve been going to Sherwood village spa for years now and they never disappoint. I’ve had massages, laser hair removal, facials and manicure done here. They provide their services with class and their staff is very nice. Definitely recommend.
My wife and I have been looking for a massage place with the right amount of tranquility and ambiance to knock out and just relax, no chit chat. Found it. You leave the massage feeling relaxed and loose. It's not cheap, but you tend to get what you pay for. We will book again.
I came in to the spa today it was a last minute appointment. I really needed a relaxing service but also felt like I needed a good facial as my skin has been looking dull. The esthetician asked me what kind of facial I wanted. I told her an anti aging hydrating one but that I’m claustrophobic and don’t want a mask that covers my face eyes mouth. She proceeded to give me a facial with a mesh mask that covered my entire face and then pasted it down with the mask cream. When I told her I wasn’t comfortable she removed it and did an exfoliant instead but did a different mask later on. She massaged my arms hands a little of my back and neck even though she pointed out I had a knot on my right side of my shoulder. She gave me a brief scalp massage and then without telling me left the room for 15 min. I looked around because I thought she was still in the room but then realized she snuck out quietly. I had to call the front desk with my cell phone because I had no idea where she went and for how long. They went looking for her and she returned shortly after with a prescription of 7 different products she recommended for me to buy. This angered me even more. She used my facial time to write down what she wanted me to purchase she could have given me a little extra massage instead of doing that!! The facial was $200 and it was supposed to be 1-1:30 hour service. When I broached it with her she just giggled and didn’t really apologize. She could tell I was angry and I told her I’m not buying anything and I’m disappointed that she left the room and also didn’t tell me she was leaving. I think if I’m paying for a 1 hour service the esthetician should be there the whole time. Massage my next and back longer or scalp or hands or even feet!! I have had many facials in many different countries and never has an esthetician left the room while my mask dries for that long, or at all. Needless to say very disappointed as I’m a loyal frequent customer. I will be calling to speak to the manager Victoria tomorrow. I will not mention any names here but I was told by the receptionist that they should not be leaving the room. I will say I left there more stressed than when I arrived!! In the grand scheme of things I know many would say it’s not a bid deal but I really needed the relaxation today and when you pay good money for a service I expect good service.
