Use JW for both commercial and residential work. Employees are knowledgeable, respectful and always do great work. pricing is fair, couldn't ask for a better service.

As a expert reviewer on TripAdvisor I used the same measure of test on quality of service v cost. JW plumbing failed woefully. Most reputable companies will give you an estimate before service is rendered especially if it exceeds a certain amount. In our case we needed 5 Heating radiators connected, this is mostly plumbing and welding a job, and purpose is to ensure no leakages occur while in use. There was no prior estimate provided and the bill after connecting 5 radiators $3150. They rely on over inflated parts they provide, travel cost of 100$ and other sneaky methods to bill you. After a few days we had a leaky radiator and rather than repair an uncompleted job they want to charge more. Was it a deliberate act? most likely to continue extortion. Very horrible after service and greedy managers chasing commissions by sneaky means. WARNING !!!! STAY AWAY.

As soon as the weather started getting colder I tried to run my heating system and it just wouldn't start. I called JW and they told me of all the charges and rates and then squeezed me in for the following afternoon. Sylvain, the technician, was kind, respectful and kept the work area clean. No mess for me to clean after he left! I'm calling JW for all my HVAC and plumbing and needs from now on

I had an emergency and JW came in an extremely timely fashion, as promised. I found their pricing fair and the invoice came the next day. Would recommend again.
