Epic installed new shingles on my house and garage a couple of years ago and the service was outstanding. Recently, while in the process of selling my place, I called Epic to remove ice and snow from my roof.  At that time it was discovered that a portion of the roof sheeting was damaged. They were extremely empathetic to the fact that I was selling my place and the damage needed to be repaired immediately (even though they were slammed with numerous jobs removing ice and snow as a result of our lovely winter!).  Jacky and Ali were amazing in scheduling my job in right away. If they weren’t able to get me answers while they had me on hold, they got back to me immediately. Aaron completed the repair quickly and professionally. Everyone I dealt with at Epic made my stressful predicament a breeze to deal with. Such a pleasant team to work with. I highly recommend them and if the need arising in my next home, would not hesitate to have them replace/repair a roof.

I had an ice-dam on my roof, it seemed half of Calgary did. Epic Roofing was able to squeeze me in and solve my problem. Epic Roofing's customer service is top-notch. I would highly recommend them.

We were very happy with the professional service provided by Epic roofing, staff were knowledgeable and courteous.  Before and after photos were provided which is handy for understanding the work performed.

Good service.  Very efficient.  They came out and removed the ice dam from the roof and inspected it.

Epic roofing was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future. From estimating to invoicing the communication and follow up was fantastic. The installation crew was on schedule, friendly and very professional. Tarps were placed around the house to catch any debris and site clean up was done numerous times during the day. At the end of the work day tarps removed, ladders down and the site left in a safe manner. At the end of the project eaves troughs were cleaned out and the site left very clean. I just completed various renovations on my home and Epic is the only company that I would use again.
