Done Right Roofing

I bought a house which had recently had the roof replaced by Done Right Roofing. The invoice was made available to me by the sellers when I had discovered the air vents on the roof had not been properly installed. The holes for the air vents had never been cut in the roof decking, so they were simply a decoration I suppose?? I wasn't too worried about it knowing DRR was a reputable company, I figured they would come and fix it and all would be well. When the seller called DRR to let them know, they were told 3 weeks before they could come out to complete the repair. I called them myself and was told the same thing. Well after 3 weeks they never showed up. I really dont care for that kind of service so I hired another roofing to come fix DRR's job. It took them less than two hours to complete the repair. Really upsetting that I had to hire another roofing company to fix Done Right Roofings mistakes.

Choosing a company to do our new roof was a bit intimidating at first, until we were recommended by a friend to use Done Right Roofing. I did some research on roofing company's in Calgary and Done Right Roofing had great reviews and they have been around for along time. From the start of our experience we were very pleased with the exceptional customer service. Darcy presented a binder that covered all the details of the install, the cost and the products they offered. The office staff was very organized and the crew was there right on time, they were able to complete the roof the same day and the clean up was flawless. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone looking for a new roof!

Done right roofing was so helpful, from the time I called in for a quote right up until the end of the install and clean up. Darcy was very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable knowing that we could trust done right roofing with such an important investment in our home. The crew was also very professional and did an excellent job with the clean up! And last but not least the girls in the office were also very polite and helpful! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

This company has amazing customer service, the girls in the office and Darcy are all very friendly and organized. The crew showed up first thing in the morning and did a great job. The final price was the same as the quote I was given and there was no surprises!! I would use them again and will definitely be recommending this company to anyone who needs a new roof.

Done Right Roofing did a great job. We had a leak that we thought was from a roof vent. Done Right Roofing quickly identified the leak as being from another contractor's workmanship several years back. Flashing that should have been installed under a wall where it met a section of roof, was not installed per code. Darcy from Done Right took pictures as proof and to explain what had not been done. Needless to say we had some rotten sheathing to replace as well as the extra flashing. Done Right Roofing lived up to their name, and in spite of some extra material and labour to correct the damage, came in below the cost of a higher quote. Good value and a job Done Right. Thank you Darcy and everyone else at Calgary DRR.
