Southern Roofing and Waterproofing

Southern Roofing was selected through a bid process to undertake replacement of steel roofing, sidewalls and chimney covers on our 48-unit, 10-storey condominium building in the Connaught neighbourhood of downtown Calgary. They participated with the designated Project Managers from the condo board, a professional engineer and other contractors performing unrelated work on the building commencing in April, 2016. We found their conduct to be patient and professional throughout the process of design, fabrication and installation. They were accommodating and cooperative with all involved parties, provided a superior product which has been installed flawlessly and brought our project in on time and on budget. We look forward to continuing to work with them to complete the second phase of this work, to be completed in 2018. I would recommend Southern Roofing to anyone considering major roofing work.

We hired Southern Roofing and Waterproofing based off their great track record of reviews online and they did not disappoint during our roof replacement. They were professional, courteous and the pride they took in their workmanship and reputation was very evident. Cleanup was done well and they used quality materials. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in Calgary looking for a new roof.

We had our shingles and vent hoods replaced a few months ago and i couldn't be happier!! The guys were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They finished the work very quickly and kept us informed every step of the way. When they were done they made sure that the entire area around our house was free of debris, even going over the lawn with a magnet. The pricing was very competitive and I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family. I would use them in the future without hesitation.

We'd a 15 year long battle with a roof issue on our commercial building. Numerous companies charged us thousands of dollars to "repair" it. It was never solved UNTIL we hired Southern Roofing and Waterproofing/Southern Alberta Construction. They were able to repair the roof issue in under 30 minutes for a fraction of the money we'd spent over the years. I only wished I'd used them sooner as their quality, professionalism and expertise was simply great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
