During the recent October high winds we suffered some damage to a turbine ventilator on our roof that obviously needed replacement. We called Action Roofing and were quickly routed to their technician Phil who arranged to meet and assess the problem, the next day. Parts were ordered and the repair was completed the following morning in an extremely expeditious and professional manner. The whole repair process was seamless, from our initial call to the final fix. Phil is a tremendous asset to this company for his people skills and it is so gratifying to find a company with folks who put customer service first.

I called Chris from Action Roofing to see if he would fix some flashing that was popping up. (We had replaced 2  layers of shingles: cedar and asphalt) with new asphalt shingles sometime ago. Chris returned my call within the hour, promised to have his crew out that week to fix it, and within the week it was fixed as promised and they did a great job. I was very pleased with this service call.

After paying Action Roofing over $10,000+ to fix my flat roof, it's leaking!  They should take responsibility to do what's right and fix the problem, as the interior of my home is damaged too now :(

On July 30th my house was hit pretty hard by a hailstorm, damaging the roof, siding, and eavestrough. After speaking to the manager Chris over at Action, he was quick to get his appraiser Phil over to give me a quote. 

Phil was very personable and excellent to deal with. He was able to provide a fast, extensive quote that was fair and honest. 

After I gave Chris the heads up to proceed with the work, his crew of professionals was quick to get onsite. At this point I had been watching several other crews slowly plod along on my neighbours houses, so when Action showed up I began to see where they got the name from. 

The first crew was the roofing team. Incredibly quick to strip and replace my roof, they were only a day and a half onsite, and did a fantastic job. With clean cuts, straight lines, and a very professional work ethic, his roofing team transformed my old beat up roof to a fantastic new one. We even upgraded to impact resistant shingles after taking Chris' advice and that saved me money on my insurance.

The next crew to show up was the siding team, and these ladies were some of the best I've seen. Extremely personable with great attitudes, they  were also done incredibly fast, but without sacrificing quality. A high attention to detail really shows in the final product.

The last crew out finished the work with replacing the troughs. Luc and his partner were great to deal with. As I have some unique tie ins for my down spouts to some in-ground dry wells, Luc was happy to work with me to determine the best way to accomplish things. They also cleaned up the overall trough system by reducing cuts and pipes in a few spots, making the overall job look better than before.

As a final point, all three crews treated my property with the highest respect and left the site very clean.

Overall I could not be happier with the work Action has done, and I recommend them with the highest regard to anyone needing to get exterior work done.
