Highly Recommended. We had had a minor roof problem since we moved into our house 10 years ago. Our builder said it was not a roof problem and told us instead how we could maintain our house better. Fast forward 10 years later, even though we had followed the builder's instructions, the problem had deteriorated, and there were water leaks and molds. Upon a friend's recommendation, we contacted City Roofing for help. Cody came to our home, analyzed the problem and answer all the questions I had. He and another roofer came again later in the week with all the parts and tools, and fixed our roof. They did other repairs for us that were outside of scope. We are very grateful for their help. Highly recommended.

We are extremely happy with the service from City Roofing and Exteriors. Right from the beginning, Mark came to our home, showed us the product, left a detailed brochure, and within a few hours we had a quote. When it came time for the roofing, Mark called and informed us about the date, and ensured that that particular date worked for us. The roofers arrived, Cody introduced himself, and explained the procedure and ensured us that if we had any questions at any time to just ask. There were 6 crew members, and they worked tirelessly to complete the job. The finished product is great - we are happy with the roofing job. When the crew was finished roofing, the crew cleaned the surroundings and again we are very pleased with the attention to the clean up. Mark came once the job was finished and did a final check around the house. In less than 12 hours we were emailed a receipt and warranty documents. I highly recommend City Roofing and Exteriors. The service is very prompt, courteous, and professional.

Had a great experience with City Roofing. The work was completed on time and they even went the extra mile to help with a few items not in their scope to repair a few missing pieces of Facia. Mark was prompt in his reply and provided a quote within a day of my original request. Mark met me at site to review the completed work and took the time to invest in getting to know his customers! I was extremely pleased by the service provided by City Roofing & Exteriors. It began with a meeting with the sales rep, Mark Dawson. He laid out the type of roofing work that we were to expect and explained everything in detail. We had a wide variety of colours to choose from. There was never any rush on his part and all questions we had were addressed. Once we went ahead with the job, we were fortunate to have 6 roofers available. They completed it in 1 day and tidied up so perfectly that you would never have known they even showed up! The following day, Mark did a walk through to make sure nothing was missed and nothing was left untidied. Again, he was open to any questions I had. This company is very professional and I would never hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for new roofing. A big thank you to Mark and his team!

What a great experience ! I had my roof completed by City Roofing & Exteriors 2 weeks ago and it went so well. The service was impeccable, any questions I had were answered promptly and the work was completed in a timely fashion. There was some rotting sheeting under my shingles and they replaced it for free ! I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an exterior renovation! Thanks City Roofing
