ARTE Roofing and Exteriors

A falling tree during a storm made a hole in our siding. ARTE came out and performed an emergency repair--a piece of tar paper and duct tape on three sides. It blew off in 3 days. Upon talking to the company, they stated that it was an "emergency repair" and not expected to be permanent! Apparently $368 is standard for this type of repair--certainly fair enough if it is in fact a repair! I wouldn't let them near my house again!!

Arte was assigned by Monnex Insurance to address hail damage to our roof. All contacts were professional, courteous and timely. The work was performed as and when promised. Painless experience and the roof looks great. All of my dealings were with Greg Morrison, Superintendent. I would recommend.

I had an issue with my roof due to some poor craftsmanship. However when I approached Arte roofing, they owned their mistake and immediately repaired the issue along with excellent customer service. Thank you arte!

Useless and incompetent. High staff turn over. Very disorganized. Majority of staff was incompetent. If you must deal with their ineptness, keep asking for someone with more technical expertise. If passed on to Neil Barnes, ask for someone else. They do have a couple. It's amazing a company like this can stay in business. **Recommend moving on. Find another contractor.

At 7:15am yesterday I merged ahead of an ArteRoofing truck. This upset the driver and he decided to turn on his hi-beams and follow me a short way down Deerfoot. When he got the opportunity to drive past he did the man-child angry stare and almost rear ended the person in front of him. I checked my turn signals, you know, to give him the benefit of the doubt but they were completely operational. I hope this level of immaturity and impatience isn't displayed in their workmanship, but just to be safe you should probably consider a different company.
