This issue was corrected, we did end up replacing the hardwood. Customer was happy and satisfied at the end. We did apologize and the installer we had used was terminated.

Absolutely the worst craftsmanship I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. There are over 70 areas in the hard wood floor that i can fit a penny or loonies into, as the gaps are so large. The contractor was made aware of this twice during installation and stated that: 1. "It is what it is" 2. " The floor will expand over the next year". ( not true or accurate info,) When I waited the full year and then complained to Taf restor., they sent the same craftsmen to the house to field the complaint and take pictures ( how is that objective) As of current I have not had my floor fixed or heard why such and amateur job was done in the first place. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
