DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS! They were a serious nightmare and delivered my things a MONTH late. Bad customer service, you're treated like money rather than a person!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I had a move shechualed for 3 weeks with these guys and the day before my move i could not contact anyone. They decided not to show up leaving me stuck in ny house with all my furniture and the new owners were taking posession. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Do NOT use this company if you want to save yourself the extra stress on moving day. We made the mistake not to read the reviews before scheduling an appointment but did read them after we did and still thought "Nah, this wouldn't happen to us". So to be precise, the woman living in the appartment we were moving into was already dealing with these movers and that's how we got the number. She had gotten a 90$/hour deal with 3 men. We called to try and get the same deal but said they couldn't do it and it would cost 100$/hour for 2 men. We said no thank you and hung up. They then call us later to say we could actually get the 90$/h deal with three men, and a 3-hour minimum, as we were literally moving 2 streets away from our previous appartement, not even a 3 minute walk. We were pretty happy and satisfied of having found a good deal, until moving day. The 3 men arrive, and one of them gives us a paper to sign for a 110$/hour move with 3 men, and a FOUR hour minimum. It was like a joke, all our things were packed and our furniture was all ready and there was no way on earth this could even take 4 hours. We told them what we had spoken about with the company, and tried calling them before signing the papers, no answer. The guy even told us "they do this all the time, tell the customer a price and tell us another price, you should call and make a complaint" THE EMPLOYEE said that !! We refused to pay the 110$/h and the guy suggested for him and his men to leave. Seeing we didn't have a choice, we agreed to literally give them all the money we had left from the move: 400$ The movers were extremy indelicate and a lot of our furniture was very dirty and/or scratched. PLEASE stay away from this company if you want a stress-free move. All in all, the move took 2.5 hours !! Only 2.5 when they wanted to give us a 4 hour minimum, and that is, without forgetting how much time was being wasted.

i cant even give any stars for this service, but in order to make this post i had to give one star! they did not fullfil their contract with me i would never refer them to anyone never return emails never keep their words can you tell i am still upset? i am out 400 US dollars because of this COMPANY!!!!! and front desk receptionist even said that she feels bad for me because they are not returning my phone call and that it is not fair. I asked to speak with the owner , and surprise surprise there isnt one that the person ignoring my call is always " not in the office, or on vacation or away of some sport" ive had enough ! Please dont use this compnay
