U-Haul De Saint-Jacques Pour Le Demenagement at Lentreposage

I would give zero stars if I could. Rented a truck for 6 hours. Showed up on time to pick it up in the morning and they tell me it is only for 2 hours. How can someone move in 2 hours? When I showed them the email from u-haul showing it had the truck for 6 hours they pretty much told me too bad you better rush over to another u-haul location to get a truck. They did not apologize or offer me any kind on compensation and treated me as if I was my fault. Horrible customer service from this location. I had to call head office and they made sure that I got a truck at another location.

Truck was ready when we got there .person at the desk was nice and polite answered all are questions. We returned the truck after closing hours and even then the staff was nice enough to help us with a little problem we had .

Even though I reserved on internet, it took half hour to get car. Very slow employee. When making payment the guy overcharged me, because he was calculating distance on miles. It has to be km. I tried to correct him and he fixed the mistake by giving us back-payment. This time we payed over again because tax calculated on prior amount. It is weird to have this issue, because they are always doing the same job. Maybe many people overcharged if they didn't aware of the mistake. Fixing the issue took half hour too. The guy not even said sorry. Terrible experience.

Very Poor service. I reserved a truck a month in advance in this branch ( insisting to have the pick up here) the day before moving I received an email saying the pick up will be in another branch far away from us! I would give zero stars.
