Établie en 1995 par Ronald Valade (président), Martel Express Montreal Inc a vu sa superficie totale d'entreposage croître rapidement, passant de 3 000 pieds carrés en 1995 à 47 000 pieds carrés en 2004.

Worst move ever. My packers all spoke Spanish. I only speak English. We requested someone who speaks English but it never happen. I felt like I had no say in my move. The packing was awful. They put 2 large linen bags in my wardrobe box and then put my hung curtains on top. What a mess. I caught them throwing boxes in the truck. Some of the furniture was not wrapped and as a result damaged. Now I will be filing a claim. The packers were messy in the bathroom. Urine on the floor. We provided beaverages and lunch. Empty containers everywhere. I have had 11 government moves. This was the worst. Would never recommend this company. I feel like the men need more training in packing. It felt like a uhaul move with guys off the street and not a professional move. Very disappointed and frustrated.
I seldom give 5 of 5 stars to anyone but Martel Express, in my opinion, is a first class mover and warehouser and deserves all the accolades going their way. From the move to a condo from my house, I had some fine furniture that needed to arrive safely without any damage and every item was in perfect condition. A surplus of items were warehoused at their facility for three years and upon uncreating them recently, everything was in immaculate condition. They were quick, efficient and very professional and I'm delighted I selected Martel Express to take care of my needs.
Smoothest moving project! From the quoting process to the move, Martel Express team was responsive, punctual, highly professional and delivered all items with care.nMatthieu conducted the appraisal and took close look into the items that needed special care/instructions. On the day of the move, the crew was well prepared and even brought a smaller truck which we needed for some overflow items. The move was over within 3 hrs. Our team was very impressed by the services and how fast and efficient was the process. I would definitely recommend working with this company!
Excellent service provided by the Martel Express staff in Montreal who packed my shipping container.nCesar, Jonathan and Gabriel were excellent on all levels.nArrived on time, very courteous and friendly and worked incredibly hard to get the container loaded in a professional and orderly way.nThey also managed the loading and securing of a very large and heavy motorcycle with ease.nThese employees are a real credit to the company and I would highly recommend Martel Express based on this experience
Very helpful team! We had furniture stored there and went to pick them up. Their team was very quick to assist and even offered us drinks and tape to repack some of the fragile equipment. 10/10 service
