Low balled the quote, took longer to complete, ended up helping them to finish sooner... Make sure they assign enough people to your move if you consider them!

Very pleasant experience . rate was very competitive. They were in time. guys were clean and polite. they did the job quickly and quietly. wrap my all furniture with blankets, provide me with wardrobe boxes. next place they made my bedroom ready by assembling my bed. great work. highly recommended .

My parents used Theriault for their downsize move, from one house (of 43 yrs) to two apartments. Our team headed by Ion, Hassan and Kyril, were terrific. They worked really hard, professionally. They were very thoughtful and considerate of all items. We actually requested the same team for the both moves. The company was very accommodating, and even when we had an unexpected postponement by one day, we were able to be accommodated with the same team we'd already gotten to know with the first leg of the move. All the furniture was carefully wrapped up, TVs, mattresses, tables, lamps. They reset up all the bookshelves. We really felt like they cared. And! by paying cash we got a senior discount! Overall a great experience.
