Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a car from here. Had safety issues the dashboard light kept going off. Called the customer service they directed me to a center - when I went there they did not have a replacement car. pathetic service.

After being told that he would not be able to fly at the airport, the car rental (Hertz) inside was unable to help us rent a car to be driven into the states. We walked outside the airport to the Enterprise kiosk and were taken care of immediately. They took care of us, no questions asked, and gave us a discount, after hearing our story of being stranded in Canada. They earned a customer for life!

Slow service, but only because it was busy. Once I got to the counter everything went super quickly. Seems this place could benefit from an extra employee or two. Other downside is I was stuck with a car that gets ~20mpg less than what promised, which I wasn't happy about.

If I could leave negative stars I would. The experience my spouse had with the rental agent (Brett, a real rude son of a gun) was atrocious and I can't believe he would have the audacity to threaten me and say "you will never get a rental with us" when all I was asking for was his employee ID. I'm sorry that I'm going to hold you accountable for having the worst customer service skills in a customer service industry? Take your business elsewhere friends, this place is garbage.

The employees at the billy bishop enterprise are quick, helpful, and usually pretty knowledgable. Definitely the quickest way to get going.
