I have successfully reserved a car for a weekend(for 2 days) on company's website and next day I have got a call from company with some ridiculous requirement that I have to book a car for at least 3 days... Due to that I had to cancel my reservation because I have no any possibility to return a car on third day. Never before had such experience with other branches.

Worst customer service experience ever!! Reservations were made 2 weeks in advance, called twice the same week to confirm everything was ok, arrived on site, clerk advised they accidentally rented out our car, meanwhile, another couple from Miami were dealing with the same issue, called customer service and they couldn't even compensate, horrible company structure and lack of solid organization, never again!

Service is good and they often ask your impressions when returning the car and may offer discount for your next car rental. My only problem is that they are closed on Sunday!!
