Discount Location d'autos et camions

First of all the place looks like a dump. Staff is untrained. They jump from customer to customer without finishing serving the first one fully. Service unbelievably slow. You reserve a specific car but get something different. Hello isn’t that the point on reserving?! They tell you if you bring the car back a few days earlier you will get a sum of your money back and that the store manager will contact you to discuss further but she never calls! I had to call her and all they could do was reimburse me for the days I didn’t use the insurance! I paid for 7 days but only used it 4! No compensation for waiting three days for the manager to call me back. They don’t care about their customers! Never going back to discount! They are sending customers to the comeptition!

Service de location fiable et bon rapport qualité prix. Surclassement régulier et voitures souvent neuves. A recommander

un service laisse à désirer(on réserve un véhicule on nous donne un autre sans même s'excuser) le lieu est mal entretenu(sale), sanitaires en piteux état...je ne recommande pas
