Booked a car in advance for Thanksgiving weekend and an hour before pick up I get a call saying they have no cars and that there's nothing they can do. At least they remembered to wish me a Happy Thanksgiving!

I would give zero if it was possible. There staff were not friendly and welcoming at all. Other discount locations have much friendlier staff. The compact car that I booked was not available so gave me a different one. More gas consumption but Ok so far. But then they tried to push their insurance on me because my insurance only covered compact cars. Was not my fault that they did not compact car which I booked. Then when my credit card bill arrived, I see that I am charged over 40$ extra. Tried to call the company several times, but every time I get passed around like a ball and after spending 30-40 minutes on the call, it suddenly hangs up.

Worst service ever.. Ordered a 1500 pickup to pull a trailer in advance. I went there and the pickup was a small canyon with no hitch..

I wrote in as a dissatisfied customer and the manager turned that around by handling my issues promptly and exceeding my expectations. BRAVO SUCCURSALE MONTCLAIR!!

No good service at all. Unwelcoming staff. They never have a car for the reservation you made even if you made it weeks ahead. They charge you shady insurance fees even when you clearly refused it on the contract you sign
