They had me trapped in the parking lot. They forgot to give me a prepaid parking ticket. When I tried to leave, it prompted me to pay $41.00.

The five stars is for the excellent friendly customer service I have always received from the employees at this location. Even though employees have come and gone, I have always received excellent service when renting and returning. I enjoy coming to this location to rent. My major complaint is with the outrageous prices for weekend rentals. You can never get the $9.99/weekend rate and I can't use my discount emails at this location. I can only use my points once they have gotten to 600 or more. That $9.99/weekend rate is pretty much non usable at the majority of Chicago Enterprise locations. You have to go to the suburbs to get that weekend rate. Enterprise company needs to go back to the $200 deposit for weekend rates. A $300 deposit for a 2-day weekend rental is ridiculous and is one of the main reasons why I don't rent as often as I use to. I use Uber or Lyft more often now when taking care of personal errands. It's a much less expensive cost up front. Not all of your customers at this location are business customers.

I customarily use the 303 West Lake and 10 East Grand location here in Chicago and they are great. The staff and personnel are courteous and always a efficient.
